I am a Western Australian specialist in producing, creating and delivering products to relieve your stress, help you feel more connected to your inner self. My degree in the stress related arena comes from my personal journey to hell and back, in this I am well qualified!
My products are unique, you wont find them anywhere else. They are Beautiful, effective and easy to implement. They will help you de-stress, feel better, look better and of course help attract good to yourself
I am continually working on bringing you more beautiful Stress buster products.
 I
reside in Yanchep Western Australia with my two children Sam,
19 and Robby 13, and have a deep connection with the energy
of the area. Many childhood hours were spent frolicking at
the lagoon while my Father worked as a Crayfisherman in the
area. I am the 2nd child of 5 girls and my Mum Pat and two of my
sisters live in the area.
On a spiritual path since a very young age, 5th generation
Aussie (and sounds it) I wrote a number of chanelled rhymes
over a period of two weeks woke up throughout the night with
bundles of information to write down.
Flowing from me until finished, I had the clear vision that
I should put the words to simple gentle movements and create
a dvd, with the idea that the movements would be easy enough
for everyone to follow even if they were in a hospital bed.
My vision is to help people to understand their own power
within. How they can effectivley make changes in their own
life and live according to their own wisdom.
 I
have a connection to spirit that I call 'inner wisdom' and
I trust the guidance that is always shown to me and is available
to all.
Each day is a brand new one ready for us to consciously create
ourselves and our desires right NOW.

This is a photo (right) of me and my sisters at my Mum's house. When I took the chip to get the photo's developed I noticed the blue light above our heads. There was a photo taken immediatley before and after of the same shot and only the middle one had the blue image. When I got it home and enlarged it, the image is transparent with swirl throught it
